New Dance Alliance provides rehearsal space at 182 Duane Street in Tribeca. The space is 23 feet x 30 feet with sprung wood floor, mirrors, low-flying trapeze point, fine natural light with audio and video equipment. The space is available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The rental rates are $10 per hour or $8 per hour if you rent a minimum of 8 hours per month. - Approved usage of set and props

This is a private space within a living loft. There are cats on the premises. If you are allergic to cats — this is not the space for you.

The rehearsal space receives support from New York State Arts Council and New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.
