New Dance Alliance provides rehearsal space at 182 Duane Street in Tribeca. The space is 23 feet x 30 feet with sprung wood floor, mirrors, low-flying trapeze point, fine natural light with audio and video equipment. The space is available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The rental rates are $10 per hour or $8 per hour if you rent a minimum of 8 hours per month. - No live music
- No shoes or approved shoes
- Approved usage of set and props

This is a private space within a living loft. There are cats on the premises. If you are allergic to cats — this is not the space for you.

Sprung wood floor made possible through a grant from the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation.

The rehearsal space receives support from New York State Arts Council,  New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and the Mertz-Gilmore Foundation.
