🪄LiftOff 2025/26 Applications Are Open 🪄 Apply today!
Applications are now open for the next round of LiftOff residency artists!
The LiftOff Residency takes place at NDA’s Studio in Tribeca and provides six physical-based performance artists with 30 hours of rehearsal space each, an introductory meeting, and two feedback sessions. This residency is for artists looking to join a small cohort of artists to share and give feedback on each other’s work.
You must be a New York City based artist in order to apply.
Past LiftOff residents are eligible to apply after two years of their program participation. The residency is only available for solo artists, or groups with up to 4 artists.
The reviewing panel will select two cohorts:
Fall/Winter and Winter/Spring.
The residency offers a $500 stipend.
Applications are due September 15th, 2025 at 11:59pm.

Meet us at the Underground Theater at Abrons Arts Center at 12pm, 1:30pm, 3pm, or 4:30pm today for a final round of awe-inspiring performances.

We have a dance-party DJ extravaganza by Prostalgia HD, following Program D to close out the Festival.
