Natalia Fernández is a choreographer and designer, making experimental performance work that investigates catharsis and the visual, sensual and poetic textures of performance. Born and raised in Miami, Natalia is currently based in NYC, teaching Pilates around the city and working as Marketing Manager at New Dance Alliance. She completed her BFA in Product Design at Parsons School of Design and graduated from the Limon Professional Training Program under the direction of Daniel Fetecua Soto. Most recently, she presented ‘how to slip into paradise, with everyone watching’ at Judson Memorial Church; in January she will show ‘paradise?’, an epilogue to the Judson performance, at Creature Space as part of Common Space 8.
