Get ready for the Annual Performance Mix Festival: 29 @ HERE, opening just one week from today! Now is the time to:

This summer residency program runs July-August, 2016. The residency provides three physical-based performance artists with 40 hours of rehearsal space each, two creative feedback group sessions and one two-hour career consultation facilitated by director Karen Bernard. There is no fee for the residency.
Notification of acceptance will be June 13, 2016. Mandatory orientation meeting Tuesday 21st at 6:30 PM.

Celebrate opening night with us! All artists and audience members are invited to a reception following the Thursday evening performance at HERE.
Performance by Emilie Roberts, roller derby athlete in collaboration with Canadian choreographer George Stamos. Discussion moderated by Moirah Evans will follow the performance and will include visual artist Michele Beck, whose new documentary examines pole dancing as a woman-only activity. Breakfast Mix is hosted by the Cultural Services of Quebec, New York. This event is free, and breakfast will be served. Please RSVP to info@newdancealliance.org.
