Rehearsal Space

New Dance Alliance provides rehearsal space through LiftOff and Satellite Studio Programs at 182 Duane Street. NDA’s private loft space holds 46 years of inspiration and is conveniently located in the heart of Tribeca. The space is 23 feet x 30 feet with 10.5 ft. ceilings, linseed oil finished sprung-wood floor, mirrors, curtain covers for mirrors, low-flying trapeze point, natural light, wifi, audio, and two big windows.

The studio is only available to artists participating in an NDA Studio Program. For more information, please see our studio programs.

• Maximum of four people
• For rehearsal only
• Priority experimental dance and performance
• No live or loud music
• No shoes or approved shoes
• Approved usage of set and props
• All artists must be vaccinated
• Friendly dog on premises

For artists participating in an NDA Studio Program, the studio is available Monday-Friday 10 am-5 pm.

NDA books a maximum total of 5 hours per day in the studio, regardless of the number of artists booked that day. While space may be available on the studio calendar, if there are already 5 hours total booked, no more rehearsals can be booked on that day.
