The LiftOff Residency takes place at NDA’s Studio in TriBeCa and provides three physical-based performance artists with a minimum of 36 hours of rehearsal space each, a $500 stipend and monthly Work Sessions. Spring LiftOff artists have access to book the studio from February – May, with hours offered Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm.
Work Sessions are designed to share about the creative process, project development, and participate in a community exchange.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the residency is only available for solo artists, or groups up to three artists. All artists must be fully vaccinated by the start of their residency. More studio regulations can be found here.
“I am honored to have performed at the Performance Mix 37…PMF plays a very inspiring, influential, and unique role in redefining the role of theater and performance art in society. I hope we continue to think about how this festival means so much not only for dance fans/ students, but for art lovers and the general public.”
